Laura Fluke, staff general surgeon at Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Navy Counselor Master Chief Judith Jimenez and Information Systems Technician Senior Chief Aquinor Hollingsworth of the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) discuss their top tips for balancing a career with family life at the Women Trailblazing at Sea symposium, March 13. The symposium, organized by USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76)’s Nancy’s Real Talk No Rank Women’s Group and the command's Diversity Committee, also featured female leader presentations and mentoring opportunities. Fleet Activities Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
