The Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team perseveres through the wind and snow in order to continue sculpting a snow bust of "The Lone Sailor." The team traveled from Naval Air Facility Misawa to Sapporo in order to build their annual snow sculpture, while representing the base during the 63rd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. This is the 29th year Navy Misawa has sent a team to take part in this festival.
