Chris Harper, the RCT-5 public affairs officer and native of Plano, Texas, as he engages targets during a combat marksmanship training evolution here, Feb. 3. Marines and sailors of RCT-5 shot their weapons to calibrate for a battle sight zero, ensuring the accuracy of their optics, and executed various combat marksmanship drills during this training evolution. The training is designed to sharpen basic combat skills as RCT-5 begins the second half of its deployment.
