YIGO, Guam (March 8, 2019) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Zac Vannerath, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, enters into the crater after the wheeled excavator to further clear out debris which will allow concrete to flow and fill out uniformly. NMCB-133 is onboard Andersen Air Force Base to complete Cope North 19 Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR), an annual multilateral field training exercise of the Air force. NMCB-133 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
