U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Christopher J. Easter, the sergeant major, with 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division addresses the Marines and Sailors during a formation before the training exercised commenced at Fort Irwin, California, March 8, 2019. The Marines of 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion participated in National Training Center 19-05 as the opposing force against the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division.
