MEDITERRANEAN SEA (March 18, 2019) - Gunners Mate 3rdClass Josefina Rocha gives instructions to Information Systems Technician Seaman Recruit Romel Degracia during dry-fire, small-arms familiarization training aboard the Blue Ridge-class command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20). Dry firing is the practice of aiming and squeezing the trigger of a firearm without ammunition.
