Jermareo McDaniel, USARCENT CASD, engage in conversation during a key leader engagement with Gulf Cooperation Council Emergency Management Center (GCC-EMC), to help build and establish interoperability between the U.S. government, Kuwait and the GCC-EMC March 24, 2019 in Kuwait. Coordinating a working relationship with our allied partners builds camaraderie and helps better understand GCC-EMC capabilities that will lead to GCC participation in Eagle Resolve 2020.
