Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil Jr., the Multi-National Division-Baghdad commanding general, congratulates and hands a coin to Spc. Fisherman Williams, a Soldier with the 2nd Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division at Forward Operating Base Loyalty in eastern Baghdad Aug. 2. Fil was visiting the Soldiers of Strike Force and received an operations brief before taking the time to visit with Soldiers. Williams, a resident of Colorado Springs, Colo., received the commander's coin for his hard work dealing with force protection at the FOB.
