Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil Jr., the Multi-National Division-Baghdad commanding general, meets Donald Sims, a native of Portland, Ore., and the lead law enforcement official for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division at Forward Operating Base Loyalty in eastern Baghdad Aug. 2. Fil was visiting the Soldiers of Strike Force, based out of Colorado Springs, Colo., and received an operations briefing before taking the time to visit with Soldiers.
