An M777 155 mm howitzer of 2nd Battalion, 12th Field Artillery Regiment “Vikings”, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division is lifted by a CH-47 Chinook helicopter of 1st Battalion, 214th Aviation Regiment in an artillery raid supporting the brigade’s offensive operations during Exercise Raider Focus Jan. 30 here. The month-long brigade exercise is designed to challenge the ability of leaders and soldiers to conduct full spectrum operations as a combined arms team.
