An M777 155 mm howitzer of 2nd Battalion, 12th Field Artillery Regiment “Vikings”, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division is lifted by a CH-47 Chinook helicopter of 1st Battalion, 214th Aviation Regiment in an artillery raid supporting the brigade’s offensive operations during Exercise Raider Focus Jan. 30 here. The month long brigade exercise is designed to challenge the ability of leaders and soldiers to conduct full spectrum operations as a combined arms team.
