Henry Estorga, the lead instructor for Training and Logistics Support Activity - Pacific (TALSA-PAC), launches a RQ-20B Puma Small Unmanned Aerial System during a TALSA-PAC capability demonstration, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, Mar. 27, 2019. Marine Corps Base Hawaii welcomes TALSA-PAC and is excited about new training capabilities it provides for III Marine Expeditionary Force Marines (MEF) through the opening of this activity. The establishment of TALSA-PAC provides III MEF the ability to properly train Marines to effectively employ this capability while conducting operations across the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
