John Neville, the program manager for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office, speaks at the Training and Logistics Support Activity - Pacific (TALSA-PAC) ribbon cutting ceremony, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Mar. 27, 2019. MCBH welcomes TALSA-PAC and is excited about new training capabilities it provides for III Marine Expeditionary Force Marines (MEF) through the opening of this activity. The establishment of TALSA-PAC provides III MEF the ability to properly train Marines to effectively employ this capability while conducting operations across the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
