Lance Cpl. Joshua Franco, administrative clerk, Headquarters and Service Battalion, demonstrates apprehension of the "suspect" Lance Cpl. Andrew Rodgers, during a level one Oleoresin Capsicum spray for Security Augmentation Force training Jan. 27 aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. All the Marines that participated in the course were required to complete five stations while having OC spray in their eyes. The course was meant to give the Marines a first hand experience on the effects of OC spray.
