190309-N-LF183-1001 BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada (Mar. 9, 2019) – U.S. Navy Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Nicholas Puchetti, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 1, prepares diving gear during the Royal Canadian Navy’s Ice Diving Training Exercise 2019. Over the course of two weeks, clearance divers from Navy Expeditionary Combat Command’s Underwater Construction Teams 1 and 2 and Mobile Diving and Salvage Units 1 and 2 joined U.S. Coast Guard, Royal Navy, and Royal Canadian Navy clearance divers to sharpen up their ice diving skills.
