Lance Cpl. Christopher L. Woody, an avionics technician with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (Reinforced), conducts maintenance on an MV-22B Osprey helicopter at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, March 28, 2019. Woody, a native of Morristown, Tennessee, graduated from Morristown East High School in May 2016, before enlisting in July later that year. Woody enlisted to follow his family’s military roots tracing back to the Civil War.
