Seaman Cesili Caraway and Seaman Jason Cassle, from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 replace Camp Mitchell’s NMCB 5 Battalion Equipment Evaluation Program sign with a BEEP from NMCB 3 during a turnover ceremony. The ceremony marked the official transfer of authority from NMCB 5 to NMCB 3. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary naval construction element currently assigned to U.S. 6th Fleet's Commander, Task Force 68 to provide construction, engineering, and security services that support national strategy, naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
