Leaders and soldiers of the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, discuss possible signs of a potentially suicidal service member, Feb. 14, at the Kelley Hill Chapel. Kelley Hill currently has 255 Army Suicide Intervention Skills Training trained personnel, and the unit ministry team plans to saturate the ranks in an effort to lower the suicide rate.
