An Iraqi police officer and a Marine with 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines (2-5), 3rd Infantry Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, provide security on a roof top while other Iraqi police fortify a crow's nest at the South Ramadi Police Station, Ar Ramadi, Iraq, July 14. Iraqi police along with Marines of 2-5 are constructing the new police station to provide additional security in the Southern Ramadi area. Second Battalion, 5th Marines is deployed with Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
