Sgt. BWC participants must demonstrate their skills in a variety of essential soldier tasks required of more than 8,000 Citizen-Soldiers and Airmen to ensure force readiness as they continue to support our nation with more than 12,000 individual deployments to overseas contingency operations since Sept. 11, 2001.
