190415-N-EW498-188 NAVAL STATION MAYPORT (Apr. 15th, 2019) Intelligence Specialist 2nd Class Bea Vang, a native of Saint Paul, Minnesota and Mineman 3rd Class Jeremey Woods, a native of Amity, Pennsylvania, both Sailors stationed on the Freedom-class Littoral Combat Ship USS Indianapolis (LCS-17), erect metal type shoring while being observed by Damage Control Training Team Chief aboard the training ship USS Milwakee (LCS-5). The LCS is a highly maneuverable, lethal and adaptable ship designed to support focused mine countermeasures, anti-submarine warfare, and surface warfare missions.
