Soldiers and civilians gather to honor Spc. Taylen Winchell of Lamar, Missouri, a member of the Missouri Army National Guard, who was awarded the Joint Service Achievement Medal for distinguished service including the development of an application called ADAMS, a coded database, which improved a U.S. Transportation Command production process, reducing execution time from one hour to 15 minutes. The new standardization created reportedly saved the command hundreds of hours in personnel and $50,000 in labor costs. Pictured (left to right): Maj.
