Chilean frigate CS Almirante Latorre (FFG 14) sails forward while members of her visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) team make an approach to dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) and prepare to engage in VBSS exercises during UNITAS 48-07 Pacific phase of Partnership of the Americas (POA) 2007. POA is focusing on enhancing relationships with partner nations through a variety of exercises and events at sea and on shore throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
