Members of the Chilean frigate CS Almirante Latorre (FFG 14) visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) team approach the starboard side of dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52), while engaged in VBSS exercises during UNITAS 48-07 Pacific phase of Partnership of the Americas (POA) 2007. POA is focusing on enhancing relationships with partner nations through a variety of exercises and events at sea and on shore throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
