Seabees, assigned to Naval Construction Mobile Battalion (NCMB 23), embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, pose for a photograph with children, in Caracol, Haiti, February 17, 2012. NMCB-23 and Indonesian Engineers are working together as part of a subject matter expert exchange to refurbish a dispensaire and a school in the area. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
