Seabees, assigned to Naval Construction Mobile Battalion (NCMB 23), embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift and a U.N. Soldier from the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent (INDOENGCOY), install razor wire along a wall at the Dispensaire De Caracol, in Caracol, Haiti, February 17, 2012. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian Engineers are working at the dispensaire, as part of a subject matter expert exchange to refurbish the dispensaire and a school in the area. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
