U.S. Marines lay rope to help guide a bulldozer up the ramp of the U.S.N.S Pililaau (T-AKR-304) during a maritime prepositioning force (MPF) onload April 24, 2019 at Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines. The Marines loaded equipment onto the U.S.N.S Pililaau that was recently used for Exercise Balikatan 2019.
