U.S. Air Force C-130J Hercules drops a Joint Precision Air Drop System at almost 10,000 feet, Feb. 22, 2012, Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. JPADS uses Global Positioning System to guide the cargo accurately to the drop zone, while the aircraft is safely out of reach from enemy fire.
