Petty Officer 2nd Class Brian Turner and Airman Kendrick Tanner, from air department crash and salvage division, make sure each sprinkler is operational during an aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) countermeasure wash down aboard USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), June 27. Lincoln is conducting sea trials following a nine-month dry-dock planned incremental availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Wash. Sea trials will test Lincoln systems and crew in preparation for their return to full operational capability status.
