NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 15, 2019) Information Systems Technician Seaman Apprentice Savannah Hinson, from Charlotte, North Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) combat systems department, lifts weights while Stephen Prince, Ford's fit boss, spots and motivates during a bench press competition in the ship's aft gym.
