Four-year-old Rusil, an Iraqi girl living in the Suleikh neighborhood of Adhamiyah, smiles for the camera while recuperating from injuries in her home in the Suleikh area of Baghdad, Aug. 7. The girl's wounded leg was apparently the result of a stray U.S. bullet, and the Soldiers from the Fort Stewart, Ga.,-based A Troop, 3rd Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, have made it their mission to make sure she gets proper medical attention.
