U.S. Army Capt. William Megon, Mosul Dam Task Force logistics officer, explains the use of a grout reel in Mosul, Iraq, May 12, 2019. The grout reel is used in the emergency drilling and grouting operations within the grouting gallery. The Mosul Dam Project started in 2016 headed by the Iraq Ministry of Water Resources in an effort to stabilize the infrastructure of the Mosul dam.
