U.S. Marine Gunnery Sgt. Jason Rossman, the company gunnery sergeant of Charlie Company, 3rd Assault Amphibious Battalion currently attached to Combat Logistics Battalion 1, gives brief on safety and ground rules to competitors before a ground-fighting tournament here, March 10. The tournament included four weight classes: 164 pounds and below, 165-179 pounds, 180-199 pounds and 200 pounds and above. The tournament was one of several sporting events held by CLB-1 to boost morale and encourage friendly competition between its companies during their seven-month deployment to southern Helmand province.
