PHILIPPINE SEA (May 28, 2019) Ship’s Serviceman 2nd Class Cameron E. Stiff from Clarksville, Tennessee, stands watch as master helmsman during a replenishment-at-sea with fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S. Diehl (T-AO 193) in the pilothouse of the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Stiff is one of four master helmsman onboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) who are qualified to steer the ship during high-risk evolutions. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
