Stiff from Clarksville, Tennessee, stands watch as master helmsman during a replenishment-at-sea with fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S. Diehl (T-AO 193) in the pilothouse of the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Stiff is one of four master helmsman onboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) who are qualified to steer the ship during high-risk evolutions.
