Staff Sgt. Justin Diggins checks the gauge pressure and flow of struts during a strut flush on a C-17 Globemaster III at the Home Station Check hangar at Joint Base Charleston - Air Base, Feb. 21. The pressure has to be monitored to ensure the struts are filled with fluid and the pressure is stabilized for the safety of airmen working on the aircraft. Diggins is a 437th Maintenance Squadron aircraft hydraulics journeyman, 437th Airlift Wing.
