U.S. Army Col. John Becking addresses those gathered in front of the newly constructed live-fire trench and bunker complex during a ribbon cutting ceremony at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, May 29, 2019. The battalion level live-fire training site is over 3,500 feet in length and features 16 bunkers for soldiers to train with a wide array of weapons systems to better prepare for potential environments and situations they may encounter.
