By accepting the Marine Corps' invitation, Caleb a 17-year-old native of West Palm Beach, will get the opportunity to attend the Battles Won Academy, a four-day leadership and development workshop in Washington, D.C., along with 95 other students from across the nation. During the academy, they will participate in daily physical training with Marines, receive leadership instruction, participate in community service projects, listen to keynote speakers and engage in a variety of other activities that familiarize them with Marine Corps values and leadership principles.
