Holmes, Senior Enlisted Leader of the Special Operations Command Europe, based out of Stuttgart, Germany, conducts military-free-fall alongside 352nd Special Operation's Air Commandos, June 4, 2019, in Carentan, Normandy, during a multi-national commemorative airborne drop.
