U.S. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 271 and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) along with U.S. Navy Sailors with the Naval Boat Docks prepare a naval barge for explosive detonation at Bombing Target 11 (BT-11) training grounds, June 4, 2019. Marines and Sailors stationed at MCAS Cherry Point conducted a barge demolition at the BT-11 site. The barge was taken out to be used as a target for pilots and ground forces training at the site while providing EOD the opportunity to practice their occupational skills.
