A Charlotte Fire Department fire fighter is lowered from a North Carolina Army National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk, during an exercise while attending rescue training at the Salisbury Army Guard flight facility with members of the North Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team. The team is made up of members of several city and state agencies along with the Charlie Company 1-131 Aviation Regiment, North Carolina Army National Guard. They collaborate quarterly on rescue operations.
