SAN ANTONIO - (June 7, 2019) Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., former commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio, and his wife have a last minute discussion prior to a change of command ceremony held at The Alamo. Following the ceremony, Reynolds, a Naval aviator, retired from America’s Navy with nearly 21 years of faithful and honorable service. Reynolds’ area of responsibility included 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Texas territory. (Photo by Mr. Andrew C.
