SAN ANTONIO – (June 7, 2019) Cmdr. Nicholas Gamiz of Albuquerque, N.M, commanding officer, Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio stands before the audience after assuming command from Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds during a Change of Command Ceremony held at The Alamo. Gamiz, a Naval aviator, will be responsible for 217 Sailors and support personnel supporting 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Texas territory.
