Rear Adm. Ha Tae-min, assistant chief of staff for personnel at Combined Forces Command, places incense in a ceremonial bowl at the U.S. Navy Cheonan monument with Rear Adm. Bill McQuilkin, commander of Naval Forces Korea, in memory of the 46 sailors who were lost during the sinking of the navy corvette ROKS Cheonan (PCC 772) two years ago. A non-contact homing torpedo exploded near the ship on March 26, 2010 and only 58 Sailors were rescued from the sinking.
