Maj. Gen. John Macdonald, assistant chief of staff for operations at U.S. Forces Korea; Rear Adm. Ha Tae-min, assistant chief of staff for personnel at Combined Forces Command; and Rear Adm. Bill McQuilkin, commander of Naval Forces Korea, bow their heads for a moment of silence during a memorial ceremony to commemorate the 46 sailors that lost their lives during the sinking of the navy corvette ROKS Cheonan (PCC 772) two years ago. A non-contact homing torpedo exploded near the ship on March 26, 2010, and only 58 sailors were rescued.
