Ives, commanding general of the 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command from Marysville, Wa., presents soldiers from the 642nd Regional Support Group, an Army Reserve combat service support unit from Decatur, Ga., awards at their unit’s color casing ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, March 23, 2012. The 642nd RSG significantly contributed to the successful close of Operation New Dawn, supporting the withdrawal of more than 37,000 troops out of Iraq in a six-week period. The 642nd RSG took control of task force deployment and redeployment operations, Aug. 13, 2011.
