A tornado hit Abilene, Texas, May 18, 2019, causing damage to approximately 100 homes. Airmen from the 317th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron took care of the house of Staff Sgt. Francois Meyer, 75th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron navigator and deployed from the 317th AMXS, since it was effected by the tornado and he is deployed. Once the Airmen finished taking care of Meyer’s house and belongings, they moved on to help other people in the surrounding area who were also affected by the tornado. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
