Master Chief Christopher T. Stone, Command Master Chief of 3rd Marine Division, gives remarks on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, June 14, 2019. Stone was awarded the Fleet Marine Force Enlisted Warfare Specialist Device. In order to earn the FMFEWS, Sailors must complete a variety of challenges. These challenges are composed of serving one year with a Marine Corps unit and passing the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test, as well as a written test.
