Family members and soldiers of the 602nd Ordnance Company, 553rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion are reunited, March 27, at Fort Hood, Texas, as the second half of the company returns from their deployment from Afghanistan. The company deployed in July of 2011, and half of them returned in December of 2011. The unit's mission during the deployment was two-fold: they provided gun truck support for convoy security as well as carried out sustainment level maintenance across Regional Command-West, Afghanistan.
