THE HAGUE, NL. (June 21, 2019) Capt. Matt Meilstrup, U.S. Coast Guard Tall Ship Eagle's (WIX 327) commanding officer, gives welcoming remarks to guests during a reception. Eagle is making a port call in Scheveningen, Netherlands as the finish to the Liberty Tall Ships Regatta. The regatta included tall ships from 13 separate countries that began in Normandy, France to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
