THE HAGUE, NL. (June 21, 2019) Peter Hoekstra, the U.S. Ambassador to the Netherlands, gives welcoming remarks to guests during a reception onboard the U.S. Coast Guard Tall Ship Eagle (WIX 327). Eagle is making a port call in Scheveningen, Netherlands as the finish to the Liberty Tall Ships Regatta. The regatta included tall ships from 13 separate countries that began in Normandy, France to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
